ART CLASS POLICIES
Kids Art Class: Hart of Healing is not a licensed day care facility. Art classes are available during times stated on the calendar. Children can be dropped off or accompanied to class by their parent/ guardian. Child must be picked up after class ends by the person indicated on the Child Waiver Form. There is no before/after care. Payment is required before class. Meals will not be provided. Children can bring a drink/ snack. No sharing food/ drinks. Children need to be potty trained; if not potty trained, a parent/guardian will need to accompany. Hart of Healing will try to ensure every child has a quality experience and reserves the right to discontinue services if a child's behaviors interfere with other children's quality of experience. A safe and fun environment is a priority, with understanding that children play and can sometimes get hurt; Thus, Hart of Healing is not liable for accidents/ injuries of participants or damages to clothing. Parent/ guardians will be notified if any incidents. If you have multiple children attending art class there may be special pricing available, email hartofhealingconnect@aol.com for more information.

Momma's Art Class: Art classes are available during times stated on the calendar. Children can attend class or they are welcome to play with other children during class, while also being supervised by their parent. Child care is not available and parents must attend to their children as needed. Payment is required before class. Bring snacks as you like. A safe and fun environment is a priority, with understanding that children play and can sometimes get hurt; Thus, Hart of Healing is not liable for accidents/ injuries of participants or damages to clothing.

Art in the Park: This is an outdoor class, please be prepared for cold/hot/ rainy weather, dirt, and insects. Bring snacks as you like. Art classes are available during times stated on the calendar. Children can attend class/play with other children, while being attended to and supervised by their parent. Childcare is not available. Payment is required before class. Children play and can sometimes get hurt; Thus, Hart of Healing is not liable for accidents/injuries of participants or damages to clothing.

Rebel Art: Locations may vary within 25-mile radius of Chesapeake Beach Md. Availability of classes will vary and will need to be scheduled in advance by contacting Hart of Healing. Host/ participants are responsible for any alcoholic drinks provided and/or served. Host/guests are obliged to follow MD laws associated with alcohol consumption. This is an adult only art class; childcare is not available. Payment is required before class. Hart of Healing is not liable for accidents/injuries of participants or damages to clothing.

Cancelation and Refund: If you or your family member is sick, please stay home and send a message to Hartofhealingconnect@aol.com at least one hour prior to class so that you may receive a refund. However, refunds will not be granted for no shows. Thank you for your understanding.

SERVICES
Services - Classes: Hart of Healing is not liable any for accidents, damages, and/or injuries of participants or participant property during, before or after events. Hart of Healing is not a licensed day care facility and is not subject to Maryland licensing regulations. Parents dropping children off at Hart of Healing are responsible for reading, agreeing to, and completing the child waiver form. Parents will provide emergency contact and will be responsive if contact is needed to be called. Children are to be dropped off when class starts and when class ends. Hart of Healing is not a therapy service or medical services. Art classes are not designed to provide therapy for those in need of services, participants need to seek therapeutic services on their own if they feel they need it.

Regarding any Sound healing, Reiki, Aura, Psychic, or Mediumship readings: The information and services provided through Hart of Healing, LLc. is for entertainment only. Nothing is 100% set in stone. There is no way to know or predict what information will come through while using any of these services. What you choose to do with the information, including any actions you take, is your own personal responsibility and choice. All services and questions answered should NOT be regarded as employment, business, financial, legal, emotional, spiritual, mental, psychological, family, or medical fact or advice and you alone are responsible for your own interpretation and judgment. SOUND HEALING, SOUND THERAPY, Sound Energy Medicine WAIVER
Sound Therapy, Sound Energy Medicine, Sound Healing with Himalayan singing bowls techniques use sound, vibration, and intention to gently transition a person from his or her normal waking state of consciousness (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha, theta and delta). In this relaxed state, a person’s own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring the person back into optimal vibrational alignment that enhances overall health and well-being.
As as Sound Therapy practitioner, I am not a licensed health professional. As such, I will not diagnose, prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of qualified physician or other licensed medical professional. The services I offer are considered complementary to traditional Western medical practices.
Each session lasts approximately 60min. During this time bowls will be played to encourage a deep state of relaxation where a person’s own healing abilities may be activated. Please, note, that part of the session involves the placement of vibrating bowls near or on the body of which some give off very high or very low-pitched sounds. If you have reason to believe that these objects and the sounds they make may cause discomfort, pain, or injury, please, advise before the session begins. Hart of Healing is not liable any for accidents, damages, and/or injuries of participants or participant property during, before or after events.
Please wear comfortable clothing with no zippers or buttons, wear or bring warm socks, and remove jewellery.
PRODUCT POLICIES
Shipping Policy: Products are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. If there is a delay in shipment, the buyer will be notified. An email confirmation of shipment will be sent out.
Refunds will be made available if items are broken during shipping or if the buyer no longer needs the purchase.
Returns and Refunds: Refunds can be made within 14 days of purchase. Buyer must contact Hartofhealingconnect@aol.com to request a refund. Buyer must ship item back in the condition the item was sold or provide picture of broken item, once received a refund will be made.
Products: All product ingredients are listed on the sales web page for buyer reference. Buyers are to take responsibility in contacting their physician before using or discontinuing use of a product to verify if a product will interfere with their health or treatment of a pre-existing condition. Products are made with natural ingredients, but there is always a possible for skin sensitivity when using products. Keep products out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Limited quantities: With some items there may only be one item available, and you might not be able to increase quantities despite there being an option to do so. So, to save you time, before purchasing, please be sure to double check to verify if the item you are purchasing is a one of a kind or has a maximum purchase requirement. Also, some sales are made in person and the website is updated accordingly, if the item was sold just prior to your purchase, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued.

SICK, COVID, GENERAL HYGIENE
General: Hart of Healings does not require masks; however, if a participant wants or does not want to wear a mask, they can make that personal choice. Participants assume risks and Hart of Healing is not liable if anyone becomes sick after attending a class as illnesses cannot be solely attributed to classes a participant attended. Supplies, products, and spaces are always sanitized with disinfectants before/ after use. Participants will take responsibility to ensure they cancel or reschedule if they/a family member that is attending is sick or have covid.
