Finding Balance Mandala Art Kit

Slate is a beautiful stone that natural healers believe to be a balancing stone that helps settle anxiety as it brings harmony between the elements (earth, fire, air, and water). Mandalas are also healing as they are believed to represent universal balance and spiritual growth.  This activity is a fun; yet powerful way to reduce stress and anxiety that we all feel from time to time.
