Mountains of Strength Art Kit

This art activity is mixed media piece of art. This art is designed to help you see the strength you already hold. Sometimes in the mist of challenges, it can be difficult to remember how many previous challenges we have already conquered, and how we already have inside us the ability to climb and conquer any challenge thrown our way. The yarn is important as it reflects how layered, tremulous, and rough climbing a mountain can be, but remembering it is not impossible.

 

The canvas, yarn, paint brushes, glue, and paint are provided. But you will also need a cup of water, scissors, towels and a place to mix the paint.
