This art activity is painting a sun set. Here we will find that without saying bye to the sun, we would not be able to enjoy the stars. Sometimes transitions are hard, and we do everything we can to avoid them. But sometimes it is inevitable, and we all must experience a transition in life. If we adjust our lenses, we can find that often something good is waiting on the other side of the transition. For example, we move and make new friends, or we get a new job then are promoted.
