Are you seeking balance, relaxation, a stronger immune system, and an improved concentration? Well sound healing may be for you! ***What is sound healing? Sound healing uses harmonious vibrations caused by crystal bowls and other instruments to help release energetic blockages throughout the body. ***More details? All things have energy, and energy in itself is a vibrational frequency. Therefore, all the cells in our bodies vibrate to its own frequency. Science has proven this, but we don’t need science to understand how the high vibrational energy of a kindergarten class will change the frequency of our own energy, or how the low vibrational energy of a random angry person can change our otherwise happy day. So, we create energy, and we receive energy from all around us. *** But what happens when energy stays too high or too low? If our energy stays to high, we will feel stressed, loose sleep, worry, and our body will feel tension that can later manifest into physical pain. If our energy stays too low, we will feel depressed, loose interest, become forgetful, and our bodies will feel the effects of not functioning to potential. Sound healing helps by providing specific sound vibrations to different areas of our bodies to help balance and align our energy, so that the high or low energy we have been storing can work its way out. ***What can you expect if you schedule a session? Sessions are one hour long. During a sound healing session you will get to see and learn more about the instruments being used to create positive sound frequency. You can also choose to use crystals to help harness and direct the vibrational energy to specific areas of your body. Cancellation Policy

If you or your family member is sick, please stay home and send a message to Hartofhealingconnect@aol.com at least one hour prior to class so that you may receive a refund. However, refunds will not be granted for no shows as this takes a place of someone else and/or for leaving early as supplies at that point will be used. Thank you for your understanding.
