Service Description

Little minds kids’ classes are a new approach to education, socializing, and learning how to find their calm. The Little Minds classes will encourage children to gain a deeper understanding of their mind, body and the world around them by learning skills and methods to relax and focus on the here and now through a variety of practices such as meditation, breathing, stretching, art, sound and more. These classes will also provide hands on educational learning as well such as number, language, science and nutrition. Little minds will encourage and strengthen social understandings and build confidence with play and interactions as well. Classes are an hour long each and are designed for children ages 3-4 who are ready for some hands-on learning! Moms, Dads, and caregivers are welcome to stay for classes or drop off and pick up. There are four classes on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, and you can choose to attend one, two, three, or all four on those days; just select how many classes you want to attend for the day when booking. Classes are located at the Garrett Music Academy at 10425 Southern Maryland Blvd, Dunkirk, MD 20754. Classes are: MONDAY 10-11:00 Art and Mediation through music 11-12:00 Math and social skills games 12-1:00 Bring your own lunch picnic and story time/language 1-2:00 Science and Social skills games THURSDAY 10-11:00 Math and social skills games 11-12:00 Science and Social skills games 12-1:00 Bring your own lunch picnic and story time/ language 1-2:00 Art and Mediation through music FRIDAY 10-11:00 Science and Social skills games 11-12:00 Art and Mediation through music 12-1:00 Bring your own lunch picnic and story time/ language 1-2:00 Math and social skills games ***** If you book 2 classes in one day you save 10%, 3 classes in one day you save 15%, but if you book all four you get a 20% discount

Cancellation Policy

If you or your family member is sick, please stay home and send a message to Hartofhealingconnect@aol.com at least one hour prior to class so that you may receive a refund. However, refunds will not be granted for no shows as this takes a place of someone else and/or for leaving early as supplies at that point will be used. Thank you for your understanding.
