Little minds kids’ classes are a new approach to education, socializing, and learning how to find their calm. The Little Minds classes will encourage children to gain a deeper understanding of their mind, body and the world around them by learning skills and methods to relax and focus on the here and now through a variety of practices such as meditation, breathing, stretching, art, sound and more. These classes will also provide hands on educational learning as well such as number, language, science and nutrition. Little minds will encourage and strengthen social understandings and build confidence with play and interactions as well. Classes are an hour long each and are designed for children ages 3-4 who are ready for some hands-on learning! Moms, Dads, and caregivers are welcome to stay for classes or drop off and pick up after class. Children older or younger are also welcome if you feel your little one can benefit :) There are five classes on Monday's and Tuesday's. Cancellation Policy

If you or your family member is sick, please stay home and send a message to Hartofhealingconnect@aol.com at least one hour prior to class so that you may receive a refund. However, refunds will not be granted for no shows as this takes a place of someone else and/or for leaving early as supplies at that point will be used. Thank you for your understanding.
